About us

Excluded Ltd is a ‘not for profit’ social enterprise that has facilitated music and arts to people excluded from mainstream provision in Leicester, homeless, ex offenders, people with disabilities and others who qualify as excluded, people on low income etc.

We are currently dormant/not trading.  Trading may restart in the future should funding become available for a suitable project.

Although music is by and large considered to be a leisure activity the emphasis here is on its powerful ability to rehabilitate people. To quote Action Homeless ‘empower homeless people to transform their lives’. Drug and Alcohol Counsellor at HMP Guys Marsh,Malcom Dudley engaged prisoners in the process of rehabilitation with guitar lessons, re-offending rate between 14 and 15 per cent, compared to the national average of between 60 and 70 percent.
